Job Summary
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
P&C Advisory: Provide accurate and timely advice and support to team members at all levels on a range of People and Culture matters šPolicy and Process Development: Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and adoption of P&C policies, processes, guidelines, presentations, and training content. šPeople Projects: Plan, implement, and drive the success of cyclical and ad hoc P&C projects, such as remuneration and benefit-related incentives, and employee engagement initiatives. šSystems Management: Act as a superuser and promoter for P&C systems, including HRIS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms. šCulture Champion:Act as a champion for the Swyftx values and develop initiates that strengthen and reinforce the Swyftx culture. šTraining and Development:Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. šRecruitment: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
šTertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field, along with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar commercial role. šA passion for delivering high-level service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude. šStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication > šA detail-oriented approach, demonstrating great care and attention in all aspects of work. šDemonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
