Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

P&C Advisory: Provide accurate and timely advice and support to team members at all levels on a range of People and Culture matters 📍Policy and Process Development: Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and adoption of P&C policies, processes, guidelines, presentations, and training content. 📍People Projects: Plan, implement, and drive the success of cyclical and ad hoc P&C projects, such as remuneration and benefit-related incentives, and employee engagement initiatives. 📍Systems Management: Act as a superuser and promoter for P&C systems, including HRIS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms. 📍Culture Champion:Act as a champion for the Swyftx values and develop initiates that strengthen and reinforce the Swyftx culture. 📍Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📍Recruitment: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with end-to-end recruitment.

To ensure success in this role, you should possess:

📍Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field, along with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a similar commercial role. 📍A passion for delivering high-level service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude. 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication > 📍A detail-oriented approach, demonstrating great care and attention in all aspects of work. 📍Demonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
