Job Summary
You will
📍Drive day-to-day execution for sponsorships across sports leagues, media outlets, and digital brands 📍Build and own project plans, timelines, and checklists for each deal 📍Collect and QA creative assets; route approvals; maintain source-of-truth docs 📍Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, growth, product, legal) to hit milestones 📍Track deliverables (posts, placements, on-air mentions, integrations) and report status daily 📍Monitor campaigns in market; flag risks early; escalate and unblock fast 📍Compile post-campaign summaries with proof of performance and learnings 📍Ruthlessly improve processes, templates, and checklists as we scale
What you bring
📍2–3 years in partnerships ops, production, account/project management, or campaign ops 📍Proven ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously 📍Elite organizational systems; you live in checklists and Gantt/kanban boards 📍Working knowledge of marketing/creative workflows and asset specs
