Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤLead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive, partner and ecosystem events, including project plans, promotion, vendor management, budget management, and post-event reporting. đź“ŤDrive cross-functional alignment, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior internal stakeholders. đź“ŤCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define event goals, audience strategy, messaging and KPIs. đź“ŤEnsure every experience reflects the highest standards of creativity, professionalism and brand integrity.
Qualifications
đź“Ť8+ years of experience in event planning and production đź“ŤExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams. đź“ŤStrong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously đź“ŤCreative problem solving skills đź“ŤAbility to execute remotely and work in a global and distributed environment đź“ŤFlexibility and desire to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays đź“ŤExperience with Web3, crypto or emerging technology sectors.
