Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Affiliate Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience and significantly contribute to our growth strategy in (depending on your native language) Netherlands, Baltics, CEE or Balkan . You'll work closely with our experienced senior sales operatives, learning the intricacies of retail partnerships, market analysis, and client and affiliate engagement in the crypto world. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into the sales process within a very dynamic international environment.
This is a 4 or 6 months internship contract with a paid allowance. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in preparing tailored sales materials for partners and retail clients. Assist in managing and updating our CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data. Help prepare and analyze sales performance reports. Coordinate logistics for samples, marketing materials, and other sales-related resources. Assist in outreach discovery efforts to potential and existing Affiliates and clients, including email communications and (e.g.) calls, predominantly Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving sales flow and direct contact with our customers, this includes online webinars, offline events at conferences and providing data. Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any financial related field. A strong interest in sales , crypto, and financial markets. Previous exposure in a client facing role , handling client objections regardless of industry (e.g. hospitality). Native or bilingual proficiency in one or more CEE languages (both written and verbal) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Organized with attention to (personal) details but excellent time management. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills. -> positive attitude towards problem solving, finding solutions instead of selling no Asking for forgiveness (to a certain extent) rather than permission based.
