About the role:

We are looking for an Events & Partnerships Manager to design high-impact experiences, nurture strategic relationships, and strengthen Nexo's corporate reputation across the global blockchain and crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

📍Design and oversee high-impact experiences that align with organizational goals, fostering meaningful connections and enhancing corporate reputation — events, award shows, trade associations, etc. 📍Develop and implement relationship management strategies to nurture and strengthen long-term partnerships, leveraging insights to enhance engagement and brand perception. 📍Plan and coordinate events of varying scales, managing logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution, while analyzing outcomes and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. 📍Develop and implement a detailed event plan, covering venue selection, scheduling, catering, and on-site logistics. 📍Manage permits, safety regulations, and ensure full compliance. Recruit, lead, and coordinate staff and contractors to ensure flawless event execution. 📍Secure and manage keynote speakers, moderators, and panelists, overseeing scheduling and logistics. 📍Oversee all on-site activities, including venue setup, registration, technical support, and attendee experience. 📍Quickly address and resolve issues to maintain smooth event operations. 📍Identify relevant associations, industry groups, and organizations to assess strategic memberships and maximize event opportunities and collaborations. 📍Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in blockchain and crypto, to identify new opportunities for engagement and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

📍3+ years of previous experience in event management, partnerships, or reputation management. 📍A degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. 📍Experience with corporate communications, partnerships, and event management. 📍Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage expectations at all levels. 📍Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with global stakeholders; ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with partners and industry stakeholders. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have: 📍Demonstrated interest and knowledge of the financial and technology sectors, particularly the blockchain and crypto industry. Experience working in this space is highly valued. 📍Knowledge of productivity, project management, and analytics platforms.
