About the role:
We're expanding our world-class product marketing team with a curious, versatile, and impact-seeking product marketer. As part of the Fireblocks product marketing team, you'll define positioning, lead go-to-market strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to demonstrate the value of Fireblocks' solutions to a customer base equally excited about the market opportunity.
Responsibilities:
šDefine and execute precision GTM strategies for new and existing solutions, driving pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue. šMaintain competitive and market trend expertise for your dedicated verticals and product areas by working closely with the competitive and research team, maintaining an always-learning mentality, and attending events as needed and desired. šDevelop clear, compelling, and competitive value propositions that speak to organizations across the financial ecosystem. šDevelop strategies to bring new products and capabilities to market with precision and impact. šProduce solution briefs, case studies, presentations, videos, and whitepapers that elevate awareness and educate the market. šDevelop nuanced content and enablement strategies tailored for regions, buyer personas, and use cases. šDefine KPIs, monitor adoption metrics, and refine strategies for continuous market impact. šRefine customer insights, track competitive trends, and engage closely with Product teams to influence innovation. šRepresent Fireblocks at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer engagements. šHave deep fluency in banking operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks (licensing, AML/KYC, cross-border regulations) to position Fireblocks as the infrastructure partner that understands financial institution needs. šTranslate blockchain capabilities into banking outcomesāoperational efficiency, risk management, treasury optimization, correspondent banking alternativesāthat resonate with key personas at banks and FIs. šDevelop messaging and positioning strategies that support partnership development with banks and financial institutions, including co-marketing initiatives and joint value propositions. šDrive market education and thought leadership around banking-specific applicationsāstablecoin settlement, tokenized deposits, cross-border payments, and treasury managementāpositioning Fireblocks at the center of financial infrastructure evolution.
Requirements:
š10+ years of Product Marketing experience with a focus on fintech or blockchain-related technologies. šExceptional ability to simplify and elevate messaging for complex platforms within a highly dynamic ecosystem. šExperience and interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and the blockchains powering global financial transformation. šEntrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving results through innovative strategies and flawless execution. šProven ability to align Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver GTM excellence. šStrong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills to support marketing and enablement initiatives. šAbility to define success metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
