Job Summary
As our Product Marketing Lead - Crypto, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
📍Lead the product marketing strategy for Pepperstone’s crypto offering, shaping positioning and value propositions 📍Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market campaigns for product launches, feature releases and growth initiatives 📍Own end‑to‑end campaign management from strategic brief and messaging through execution, optimisation and reporting 📍Partner closely with product, growth, content and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency 📍Drive high‑impact campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to increase acquisition and trading activity
About you
📍5+ years’ experience in product marketing, growth marketing or campaign leadership, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading platforms or financial services 📍Proven experience leading large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact 📍Strong product marketing fundamentals including positioning, messaging, GTM planning and launch execution 📍Ability to translate product features into compelling customer value propositions 📍Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, lifecycle marketing and analytics
