Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to active platform users 📍Act as the main point of contact for new clients, managing relationships and delivering tailored onboarding plans 📍Provide expert technical guidance, assisting clients with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, engineering, and customer support to meet client needs 📍Continuously improve onboarding processes, leveraging client feedback and data analytics to drive efficiency 📍Ensure successful post-onboarding transition by providing hypercare support for 30 days before handing over to the customer success team
