Responsibilities

šŸ“Research & Outreach šŸ“Identify and engage strategic partners aligned with Decentraland’s goals for immersive event experiences. šŸ“Build customized proposals and pitch ideas to prospective partners, brands, and cultural institutions. šŸ“Monitor trends in web3, entertainment, and virtual experiences to shape partnership strategy. šŸ“Project Management šŸ“Own the full partnership lifecycle: scoping, cold outreach, contracting, onboarding, activation, and post-campaign wrap-ups. šŸ“Work cross-functionally with creative, technical, marketing, legal, and content teams to ensure smooth execution. šŸ“Maintain clear communication and timelines with internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Partner Support šŸ“Professionally respond to and track partner enquiries. šŸ“Guide partners through building or activating within Decentraland, leveraging documentation and internal expertise. šŸ“Host regular check-ins to ensure project momentum and satisfaction. šŸ“CRM & Knowledge Management šŸ“Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM of partner contacts, project status, deliverables, and post-event assets. šŸ“Organize case studies and partner recaps for internal and external use. šŸ“Facilitate information flow between teams to pre-empt partner needs and surface new opportunities. šŸ“Reporting & Case Studies šŸ“Collaborate with the Data and Marketing teams to create reports and post-partnership case studies. šŸ“Measure and share results with partners to communicate impact and value.

Requirements

šŸ“2–5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles with well-known brands, agencies, or platforms. šŸ“Strong track record of securing brand sponsorships or partnerships, ideally in the events, entertainment, tech, or music space. šŸ“Demonstrable skill in managing partner relationships from initial outreach through to deal close and execution. Experience in pipeline management is a must. šŸ“Solid understanding of the web3 ecosystem and how decentralized platforms operate. šŸ“Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects. šŸ“Proficient in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Figma. šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
