Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Strategically identify new partnership opportunities that align with Decentraland's vision and objectives. 📍Maintain and update a Notion-based CRM system for organization, tracking, and nurturing partner relationships. 📍Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events and conferences, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination, if applicable, to promote Decentraland and its partnerships. 📍Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships within the Decentraland ecosystem. 📍Finalize partnership agreements, focusing on mutual growth and success working collaboratively with the Head of Partnerships and Marketing, Finance and Legal teams. 📍Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor activities to steer partnership strategies effectively. 📍Support and expand existing partnerships funnel, identifying avenues for deeper collaboration and value creation. 📍Work alongside the Marketing team to highlight and promote partnership successes and case studies, elevating Decentraland's profile and achievements. 📍Represent Decentraland at industry events, conferences, and meetups, networking with potential partners and stakeholders (potentially) 📍Support Decentraland partners by providing guidance, access to technical support and managing ongoing communications to ensure seamless delivery. 📍Maintain an expert knowledge of Decentraland verified studios, including their work, team and core capabilities. 📍Work closely with the Data team to present partner campaign reports and deliver end-to-end case studies
Requirements
📍At least 1+ years of partnership management experience with large brands and/or agencies 📍Demonstrated success with building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally and has an excellent black book of brands, agency and cultural contacts 📍partner proposal and collateral development (Google Workspace, Figma and Canva) 📍Up to date on the social virtual worlds market and trends 📍Good knowledge of web3 and blockchain technologies
