Job Responsibilties:
➔ Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables ➔ Partner with internal stakeholders Customer Support, Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Affiliate BD to ensure and build the operational processes that enable business growth in an efficient manner ➔ Assist in set up, execution and maintenance of business operations activities and documentation ➔ Ability to leverage on user data and insights to contribute to the team’s growth & ops strategies ➔ Build datasets/dashboards and compile data reconciliation to identify gaps to grow the business, including weekly and monthly reporting. ➔ Design and implement ongoing growth and marketing activities to engage, acquire and retain user pools and trading volume ➔ Draft announcements, FAQs and other external-focused educational content for affiliated campaigns ➔ Constant monitoring of data, communities, investigating issues and solving each problem ➔ Monitor daily trading operational activities and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues ➔ Onboarding Affiliates, Transfer Affiliates, Application for commission > 50%, Whale List ➔ Managing payment process ➔ Tracking Affiliates Performance/Activities Tracking ➔ Support affiliated Users and help them to solve problems with the help of Customer Service ➔ Preparing regular Product Feedbacks from Affiliates and Affiliated User
Qualifications:
➔ Solid affiliate BD experience in the Cryptocurrency space ➔ Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish ➔ Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ➔ Experience with analytical tools and reporting ➔ Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation ➔ Fluent in English and local languages ➔ Immediate availability is preferred ➔ Drive the business forward by investigating business demands, providing solutions, and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and business scale ➔ Strong interest of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related culture and trends Ideally, past experiences in the local Crypto exchange business in the Business Operations Department ➔ At least 2 years of relevant experience in crypto exchange & entrepreneurial mentality and ownership mindset ➔ Adaptable and quick learner ➔ Strong interest of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related culture and trends ➔ Strong communication skills and writing skills ➔ Able to work in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment ➔ Strong interpersonal skills: able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners; ➔ Effective communicator ➔ Organized, meticulous and result-oriented, strong problem-solving & analytical skills ➔ Comfortable with interpreting and analyzing large data sets to highlight key takeaways and actionable insights ➔ Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions. ➔ Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)
