Responsibilities: Finance & Accounting Operations

📍Manage accounts payable, vendor onboarding, and fiat/crypto payments 📍Coordinate accounts receivable and collections 📍Run and support bi-weekly payroll for both U.S. and international contractors 📍Oversee treasury workflows including: cash tracking, wires, and operational wallets 📍Conduct financial monthly close and reporting 📍Maintain and reconcile internal financial records (crypto + fiat) 📍Work closely with the Decentralized Cloud Foundation for cross-organizational efforts

📍Track and document token activity, grants, and distributions 📍Coordinate with internal teams on ecosystem incentives and rewards 📍Understand and manage crypto-specific accounting and compliance risks 📍Work with on-chain tools, wallet software, and crypto custody platforms
