Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
šSales Process Optimization: Own the architecture and the continuous improvement of the end-to-end sales process. Identify bottlenecks through deep-dive analysis of sales activities (e.g., time and process studies), implement scalable solutions, and develop and enforce sales playbooks to drive sales velocity and ensure consistent execution and operational excellence. šRevenue Analytics & Insights: Lead the revenue data stack and serve as the source of truth for all sales metrics. Develop and maintain robust dashboards to track KPIs and analyze performance data to provide actionable, strategic recommendations to leadership. Support attribution modeling and full-funnel analytics to better understand buyer journeys and optimize conversion across all GTM stages. šSales Strategy & Planning: Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute the annual revenue operations roadmap. Build business cases for new initiatives by assessing their potential impact, feasibility, and cost-benefit. Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design. Provide strategic input on go-to-market priorities, new market opportunities, and pricing experiments by combining data-driven insights with on-the-ground feedback. šSales Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead the sales forecasting process to ensure accuracy and predictability. Enforce rigorous pipeline hygiene and provide deep analysis of pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales cycle length to inform business planning. Commercial Operations & Standardization: Develop and implement standardized pricing, discounting, and agreement frameworks. Lead initiatives to improve proposal generation and quote response times through process redesign and automation.
Job Requirements
šProven Ability: You have 5-8 years of experience in Sales/Revenue šOperations within high-growth tech or fintech environments. You have a proven track record of building scalable processes, executing 12-18 month sales roadmaps (strategy, targets, forecasts), and coaching teams to drive performance. šEducation: Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field is a plus. šProduct Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of CoinGecko products, customer needs, and the crypto/blockchain landscape. šProcess & Systems Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of sales methodologies and revenue funnels. You are an expert at designing, implementing, and optimizing complex operational processes and systems from the ground up.
