Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead CAIS Platform Operations activities across the Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post-Trade phases of investment šManage delegation and prioritization of daily BAU šEnsure SLAs are met, and team is staffed sufficiently šProvide timely, professional, and accurate support to clients and partners šPerform business and data analysis to troubleshoot problems, support data driving decisions, and develop reports and dashboards šImplement solutions to optimize Platform Operations šServe as an escalation point for your line of business šKnow what other clients are asking for and help them to determine priorities and what to consult them away from.
Qualifications
šMust have exceptional critical thinking and team-based problem-solving skills. šSelf-starter who takes initiative, learns quickly in a fast-paced environment and will implement new methods to improve ways of working. š8+ years of experience in solutions / operations within financial services šBachelorās degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline required šAlternative Fund Knowledge/Experience is a required
