Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth šAnalyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted marketing campaigns to address them šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to launch and optimize marketing campaigns šDesign and execute testing and experimentation to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies šDevelop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics, including user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth šConduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices šManage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI šCommunicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams
Requirements:
š6+ years of experience in growth marketing šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field šStrong background in marketing analytics, including data analysis and interpretation šStrong understanding of the web3 industry šExcellent communication and project management skills šAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously šExperience with data visualization tools
