Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth šŸ“Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and create targeted marketing campaigns to address them šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to launch and optimize marketing campaigns šŸ“Design and execute testing and experimentation to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies šŸ“Develop and maintain dashboards to track key marketing metrics, including user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth šŸ“Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices šŸ“Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI šŸ“Communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and sales teams

Requirements:

šŸ“6+ years of experience in growth marketing šŸ“Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field šŸ“Strong background in marketing analytics, including data analysis and interpretation šŸ“Strong understanding of the web3 industry šŸ“Excellent communication and project management skills šŸ“Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously šŸ“Experience with data visualization tools
