Job Summary
In this role, you will
📍Collaborate with, but not limited to, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure all CRM programs are well communicated and executed. 📍Develop product or feature recommendations based on user behavior analysis. 📍Responsible for the timely implementation of customer engagement programs. 📍Evaluate and report insightful findings from each CRM program iteration. 📍Experimenting with copy and creative materials to drive the highest customer engagement. 📍Manage and optimize promotion budget to support CRM programs
Who We Are Looking For
📍Ideally, a graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science. 📍Ability to develop and structure a customer engagement program based on customer behavior 📍At least 2 years of experience in growth, data analytics, or performance marketing. 📍Proficient in using spreadsheets, analytics, and CRM tools (ie, AppsFlyer, MoEngage, Mixpanel, OneSignal, Netcore, Sendgrid, Mailchimp). 📍Experience in customer optimization to increase retention and prevent churn. 📍Practical knowledge in SQL / BigQuery is a plus point. 📍Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa.
