Job Summary
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
📍2+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital marketing 📍Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, internal dashboards) to derive insights. 📍Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email). 📍Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 📍Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data and processes. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
📍You have experience with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation. 📍You have a background in A/B testing software and experimentation frameworks. 📍You are familiar with B2B SaaS marketing. 📍You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
