Job Summary
Overview of responsibilities, ownership, and expertise
šAs an Institutional Sales Representative, you will: šDrive new business sales for Anchorage Digitalās full suite of products, in particular our banking solutions for crypto native firms such as protocols, VCās and other buy side firms. šPartner closely with Product to share client feedback and inform product roadmap. šOriginate and close a pipeline of opportunities across Anchorage šDigitalās banking solutions (regulated and unregulated custody of digital assets and FIAT, staking, brokerage etc) and build meaningful long term relationships with our clients. šCreate a targeted strategy for your focus area, leveraging all of the internal resources available, from marketing, to business operations and client experience. šLead client or product specific campaigns or projects that will drive new business and enhance the Anchorage Digital offering. šCollaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients. šAct as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
š5+ years of work experience in enterprise software or financial services sales, and a minimum of 2yr + of direct experience in the crypto industry. šStrong technical knowledge and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including staking and governance. šA strong network of institutional clients (all types) and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech. šEnjoy working in a fast paced, start up environment. šExcellent communication skills and sales acumen.
