Job Summary
Occupy a unique position in the market, as a Marketing Operation Specialist ensuring the seamless execution of the technical components of marketing campaigns, from planning and coordination with relevant teams, to implementation and measurement. The ideal candidate will have experience with the intricacies of campaign management and measurement, the ability to maintain tight deadlines while ensuring technical specifications are met, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
šThis role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of web and technical components of digital marketing campaigns, including the development of email templates, landing pages, web pages, and marketing journeys, as well as lists segmentation and campaign tracking. This person will work closely with the rest of the organization to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and effectively. šWork with Demand Generation, Media Operations, and Marketing Operations to create, track, and optimize full funnel marketing campaigns šDevelop responsive emails and web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Frameworks ensuring a seamless user experience across all device; implement these emails and landing pages with other marketing collateral to create cohesive campaigns. šAssist in producing and implementing web materials for online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to, product pages, sign-up pages, events, microsites. šBuild automated journeys for lead nurture and evergreen campaigns. šManage list segmentation strategies and maintain list hygiene best practices. šCoordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaign components are created on time and adhere to brand standards. šCollaborate with the business systems team to ensure integrated data is accurate across the MAP, CRM, and external tools. šQA emails and web pages before production deployment ensuring responsiveness, accessibility and functionality. šTroubleshoot code issues across web and email in different platforms.
What will help you succeed
š2+ years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar role. šWorking knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS. šProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, and website tools. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. šAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work. šAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
