Role:

📍Lead business development efforts for digital assets and stablecoin initiatives across the LAC region. 📍Manage a portfolio of strategic regional and global fintech accounts, including onboarding, commercial agreements, and portfolio growth. 📍Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships with crypto-native platforms, fintechs, infrastructure providers, and blockchain ecosystem players. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, compliance, risk, engineering) to launch new use cases such as stablecoin payments, blockchain settlements, and tokenized money movement. 📍Drive new revenue through account expansion and new customer development. 📍Support the launch and optimization of digital asset programs across multiple countries. 📍Represent Mastercard as a thought leader in digital assets and support customer innovation strategies.

All About You:

📍Proven experience in business development and account management, ideally with exposure to crypto, digital finance, fintech, and remittances. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, stablecoins, tokenomics, and digital asset infrastructure. 📍Deep knowledge of the innovation ecosystem and trends in Latin America & Caribbean. 📍Demonstrated ability to manage complex partnerships with strategic and financial impact. 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
