We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing large public blockchain networks. Requirements

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Blockchain Technology, or a related field. 📍Proven experience in a lead role, with a successful track record in developing and scaling large public blockchain networks. 📍In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles. 📍Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive engineering teams toward successful project outcomes. 📍Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly with a focus on security, performance, and scalability
