Job Summary
Your responsibilities
📍Actively engage clients and prospects to build relationships, identify needs, and review IRA investment goals related to Bitcoin. 📍Establish and cultivate relationships with new clients by providing high-quality and bespoke support. 📍Qualify inbound leads and determine when to pass a lead to Swan 📍Private Managing Director or to provide some direction for self-service. 📍Coordinate with Swan Private sales team and the Client Services team to provide the best service to incoming IRA leads.
Skills and experience that will help you succeed
📍The ideal candidate is a Bitcoin expert with knowledge of IRAs, client services, and direct sales. 📍Has experience with relationship management. 📍Knows how to deeply listen, anticipate needs, and identify opportunities. 📍Required to work US timezones.
