Job Summary

The opportunity

šŸ“Support the institutional sales effort across LATAM, drive client and volume growth for the institutional Kraken product suite. šŸ“Generate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities and assisting team members in doing the same. šŸ“Build trustworthy relationships with our institutional clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Kraken can generate value for them. šŸ“Partner up with Marketing, Product, Strategy, and Business Development teams to provide market intelligence, develop new product features and leverage competitive advantages. šŸ“Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads and enhance Kraken’s institutional brand presence. šŸ“Be a Kraken advocate in promoting our full product suite of products, services and company’s value to new and existing clients.

Skills you should HODL

šŸ“Over 5 years of expertise in trading environments and/or traditional finance sales, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales and expanding business within the institutional sales segment. šŸ“Preferably, you have experience at a crypto company specializing in financial products for institutional clients. If not, a strong conviction in the future of crypto is highly valued and can be a great complement to your background. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems, conduct analysis and identify innovative solutions. šŸ“Possess comprehensive knowledge of cryptocurrency regulations with a proven ability to navigate and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks. šŸ“A robust personal network within the financial services sector, particularly with a focus on institutional and corporate clients.
