Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šAssist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. šScreen candidate profiles and resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements. šLiaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process. šMaintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. šSupport pre-boarding activities and collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. šUpdate and manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). šAssist in recruitment-related reporting and data management.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. š1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related functions. šStrong-bias for action šStrong work ethic and willingness to take on any task. šComfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment šAbility to navigate and embrace ambiguity.
