Job Summary
Responsibilities
šIdentify, negotiate, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) as clients for our exchange. šDevelop strategies to attract HNWIs and showcase our platformās unique offerings. šCultivate and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, ensuring they receive personalized service and support. šAct as primary contact, addressing concerns and providing solutions to enhance their platform experience. šEngage with key opinion leaders and influencers in cryptocurrency and blockchain communities to elevate our brand. šBuild a network of advocates to promote our services to potential HNW clients. šMonitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape. šUse insights to guide strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation. šCollaborate closely with our marketing, product, and compliance teams to align strategies with business objectives and ensure our services meet the specific needs of HNWIs. šRepresent Flipster at industry events, conferences, and on various media platforms. šCommunicate our value proposition and vision to potential HNW clients in English and/or Russian, establishing Flipster as a leader in the Web3 industry.
Qualifications
šDeep knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, especially in derivatives trading. šFluent in English and/or Russian with exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. šSuccess in acquiring and managing HNWIs, particularly in the cryptocurrency sector. šProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry landscape. šCapable of understanding complex products and market dynamics, with a focus on HNWIs' needs. šComfortable working in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
