Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Provide end-to-end HR services with a focus on resolving employee conflicts and fostering positive relations 📍Collaborate with the People team to improve HR procedures and ensure employee satisfaction 📍Serve as a bridge between New York Office and other locations, addressing HR-related issues 📍Advise management on HR best practices and handle reporting and benefits administration 📍Implement talent management initiatives while emphasizing relationship building and conflict resolution 📍Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, sharing HR best practices 📍Document HR procedures and contribute to special projects as needed
What We Look For In You:
📍Bachelor's degree 📍5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist 📍Ability to travel 2-3 times per month 📍Ability to work in our New York office 3-4 times per week 📍In-depth understanding of employee lifecycle and HR protocols 📍Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and common practices 📍Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate in a rapidly-changing and fast-paced environment 📍Possess an analytical and research-oriented mindset
