Job Summary
What You'll Do
šSales Leadership: Own, define, and drive Notabeneās direct sales strategy across customer segments (VASPs, exchanges, custodians, fintechs, banks). šTeam Management & Coaching: Manage and mentor a growing sales team, coach on enterprise sales skills, pipeline hygiene, discovery, negotiation, and closing. Hire and grow the team. šSales Enablement: Work with marketing, product, and RevOps to develop playbooks, onboarding, and ongoing enablement frameworks. šStrategic Partnerships: Open doors with key customers, ecosystem players, and channel partners, particularly around stablecoins and global payments. šSales Operations Excellence: Own pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, velocity improvements, and support building scalable, data-driven processes. šGTM Partnership: Partner with CEO, Marketing, BizOps, and Customer Success leadership to align sales, marketing, partnerships, and CS (Customer Success) processes. šCustomer Evangelism: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, and represent the voice of the customer internally to influence the product roadmap and product strategy.
Must Haves
š7ā12 years of experience in sales roles, including 3-5 years in sales leadership positions (preferably at scaling SaaS companies in the Series B+ stage). šPayments/Crypto expertise with a deep understanding of payments infrastructure, stablecoins, compliance, or adjacent fintech markets to accelerate top-of-funnel efforts, land strategic logos, and gain the trust of key customers. šExperience in leading, upskilling, and coaching Account Executives as a player-coach while personally owning a portion of the sales targets. šA proven track record of scaling new business revenue while expanding Notabeneās portfolio from a single product to a multi-product business.
