Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe that aligns with business growth objectives 📍Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe 📍Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company 📍Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations 📍Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience 📍Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience 📍Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product and other related business areas 📍Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 📍MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 📍Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with 📍Significant experience in a leadership role. 📍Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space. 📍Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies understanding of the European crypto and finance regulatory environments, i.e. MiCA and MiFID
