Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
📍Define and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with company objectives. 📍Lead the BI team in building scalable data architectures and reporting systems. 📍Develop dashboards and north star metrics to guide strategic direction and track business performance. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, BD, CS, Marketing, and Compliance to generate actionable insights. 📍Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with industry regulations. 📍Leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to: 📍Develop new sales leads 📍Understand marketing trends and sentiment 📍Generate user insights 📍Enhance risk management strategies 📍Identify market trends, user behaviors, and trading patterns to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks 📍Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. 📍Stay updated on the latest BI tools, analytics methodologies, and blockchain technologies. 📍Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing BI team while fostering a data-first culture across the organization.
What We Look For In You:
📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a globally recognized, top-tier university. 📍8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 📍Strong self-learning capability, ownership mindset, and adaptability to fast-paced environments. 📍Proven experience in the crypto, finance, or internet industry. 📍Strong grasp of blockchain analytics, on-chain data, and crypto market dynamics.
