Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and Strengthen Industry Relationships: šActively engage with key decision-makers in major financial institutions transitioning into the cryptocurrency sector šPromote Kilnās solutions through initiatives, highlighting product benefits and applications in the institutional blockchain/crypto sector šCustomer Journey Facilitation: šGuide prospects through Kilnās buying journey with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions šNetwork Expansion and Relationship Management: šBuild and maintain a robust network in the Web3 and US institutional financial communities šFoster long-term partnerships with both existing and potential stakeholders through consistent engagement and value delivery
Requirements:
šMinimum of 10 years of experience in selling into financial institutions, with at least 2 years specifically in the institutional blockchain/crypto industry šProven track record in establishing and nurturing productive relationships with C-level executives šNative fluency in English šExceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences šStrong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach šDemonstrated empathy and the capability to understand and respond to client needs effectively
