Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans. šOversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to production, supply chain management, quality assurance, and logistics. šLead and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. šImplement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure operational excellence across the organization. šMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. šEstablish and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to support operational needs and drive business success. šStay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risks.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. šYears of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. šStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. šDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and change management. šExcellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. šProven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
