Job Summary
Requirements
š10+ years of experience in business development and sales with at least 5 years in the traditional financial services industry šProven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with institutional clients. šInterest and strong understanding of the institutional DeFi market, in particular, in tokenized real world assets, adopters and the regulatory landscape šDeep understanding of enterprise market dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, deals, and/or developing enduring senior-level relationships šExceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence šAbility to discern industry needs and trends, effectively communicating insights to investment partners šEstablished executive relationships within the technology and finance sectors, with a strong ability to independently manage those relationships šProven ability to self-start, operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, independently contribute, ability to deal with ambiguity, and execute consistently in a dynamic environment šLow ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams šYou are an analytical thinker, able to seek and understand data to build a strategy around and execute against šBachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
šBuild and cultivate strategic, positive relationships for the firm with a network of technology and finance decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and curating strategic bridges for them to leverage the Real Estate Offerings within the MetaWealth Platform. šDevelop long-term relationships with potential business partner entities and connect to the network through introductions, meetings, corporate briefings, events, and conferences. šBuild a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets šLead efforts to build important relationships through hosting dinners, receptions, or other events to bring together our network, firm, and portfolio.
