Job Summary

Requirements

šŸ“10+ years of experience in business development and sales with at least 5 years in the traditional financial services industry šŸ“Proven track record of successfully managing and growing relationships with institutional clients. šŸ“Interest and strong understanding of the institutional DeFi market, in particular, in tokenized real world assets, adopters and the regulatory landscape šŸ“Deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics, with a proven track record of successful partnerships, deals, and/or developing enduring senior-level relationships šŸ“Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on detail and executive presence šŸ“Ability to discern industry needs and trends, effectively communicating insights to investment partners šŸ“Established executive relationships within the technology and finance sectors, with a strong ability to independently manage those relationships šŸ“Proven ability to self-start, operate autonomously, manage multiple priorities, independently contribute, ability to deal with ambiguity, and execute consistently in a dynamic environment šŸ“Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams šŸ“You are an analytical thinker, able to seek and understand data to build a strategy around and execute against šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

šŸ“Build and cultivate strategic, positive relationships for the firm with a network of technology and finance decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and curating strategic bridges for them to leverage the Real Estate Offerings within the MetaWealth Platform. šŸ“Develop long-term relationships with potential business partner entities and connect to the network through introductions, meetings, corporate briefings, events, and conferences. šŸ“Build a sustainable ecosystem and generate demand through identification of financial institutions, including institutional investors and other partners who are interested in investing in tokenized real world assets šŸ“Lead efforts to build important relationships through hosting dinners, receptions, or other events to bring together our network, firm, and portfolio.
