Job Summary
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships across the digital asset ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business development, product, and technical integration. You will own relationships with ecosystem partners, drive complex integrations with our platform, and help partners build on top of Utila's infrastructure. You will work closely with product, CS, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, integration, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
šLead partner integrations with Utila's APIs and platform including commercial terms and technology adjustments. šWork closely with engineering and product teams to scope and deliver technical integrations. šIdentify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across the fintech digital asset ecosystem (Banking-as-a-service, Compliance, Protocols, Security and more). šSupport partners building products or services on top of Utila's infrastructure. šEnsure successful onboarding and launch of new integrations šBuild long-term relationships with partners and serve as the primary point of contact. šBuild and manage reseller and distribution partnerships. šEnable partners to successfully position and sell Utila's platform. šDevelop joint GTM initiatives with partners. šDevelop enablement resources and integration playbooks for partners. šDrive adoption and growth through partner channels. šTrack partnership performance and identify opportunities to expand collaboration.
Requirements:
šExperience working with platform ecosystems, fintech, or digital asset infrastructure- must š5ā8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles. šExperience managing technical integrations, APIs, or developer platforms. šStrong ability to manage complex partnerships involving both business and technical stakeholders. šExcellent relationship management and communication skills. šAbility to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
