šSolid experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with a strong focus on Implementing best practices around CI/CD Pipelines, AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Kubernetes. šProficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies, including monitoring, incident management, and automation. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. šExperience in managing teams (~5 people), including conducting performance reviews, and creating growth plans. šExperience with development processes such as Kanban and Scrum, or other agile frameworks. šExperience with goal-setting processes such as OKRs.
