Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities
📍High accuracy and timeliness in trade and position reporting and reconciliation 📍Proactive identification and resolution of operational risks 📍leadership in process improvement and system solutions (e.g. AI solutions are being explored) 📍Strong understanding of derivatives markets and products 📍Building communication channels with trading and key stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting are preferred 📍5 years relevant experience in banks, hedge funds, trading firms 📍Product knowledge in listed and OTC derivatives preferred but not essential 📍Proficiency in tools like Python, SQL, Excel (VBA) preferred but not essential 📍Understanding of clearing workflows preferred but not essential 📍Strong attention to detail 📍Calm, structured approach in fast-paced environment
