Job Summary
You will:
šAssist in resolving creator day-to-day escalations and emergencies. šManage communication between Roblox staff and creators. šMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. šDedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus on-call availability during the weekend
You have:
šStrong verbal and written communication skills. šDemonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude. šCapable of managing time effectively. šIn-depth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community. šSolid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio. šExperience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms.
