Founded in 2018, Ajaib provides online stock trading and mutual fund services through Ajaib Sekuritas (PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia) and Ajaib Reksa Dana (PT Takjub Teknologi Indonesia), registered and supervised by OJK (The Financial Services Authority) and IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). Ajaib also provides online crypto trading through Ajaib Kripto (PT Kagum Teknologi Indonesia), registered and supervised by Bappebti. Trusted by almost 50% of Indonesian retail stock investors, we are an ever-growing investment platform with over 3 million users. Only two and a half years after we launched, we achieved the title of Indonesiaās 7th unicorn startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in Southeast Asia. Moreover, 80% of Ajaib users are from beyond Jabodetabek, including rural and remote areas from Aceh to Papua.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šIncubation of New Products: šIdentify and evaluate new product opportunities in the crypto space. šLead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative blockchain-based products. šFoster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive product excellence. šRevenue Growth: šDevelop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. šExplore new business models and revenue streams to enhance profitability. šMonitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities. šP&L Management: šOversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation. šDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. šAnalyze financial data to make informed decisions and drive cost-effective operations. šProduct Roadmap Leadership: šDefine and communicate the strategic product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery. šPrioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis. šLeadership and Team Management: šLead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. šSet performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities šEnsure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. šMBA or advanced degree is a plus. šExtensive experience in business development, product management, and P&L management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. šProven track record of incubating and launching successful products. šDeep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends. šStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. šExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
