Job Summary
About the role:
This isn't a marketing role. It's an expedition role. You'll be in the field — producing, posting, experimenting, learning in public. You'll have AI, autonomy, and a product with genuine signal. If you want to manage campaigns in Salesforce and write quarterly social calendars, wrong ship.
Responsibilities:
📍Own the content engine across X, LinkedIn, and wherever culture lives this quarter — threads, explainers, and product moments 📍Turn onchain data, Smart Money signals, and product updates into content people actually share 📍Connect content performance to what matters — you track the journey from impression to signup, not just impressions 📍Work with KOL partners and creators to extend reach on campaign and launches 📍Experiment and track performance rigorously - double down on what converts, kill what doesn't 📍Own the brand voice day-to-day - you are the voice, act like it 📍Write copy sharp enough for the crypto-native, accessible enough for the curious newcomer 📍Work with product and data teams to surface what's interesting and make it digestible 📍Support product launches with reactive, timely content that reinforces the right narrative - not just announces a feature 📍Be present in the wider AI/onchain community - human, helpful, real
Requirements:
📍2–5 years in social, content, or digital marketing — ideally crypto, fintech, AI or tech 📍You write well. Fast. With a voice. (Show us.) 📍Crypto-curious at minimum, onchain-literate preferred 📍Fluent in the internet — you know what's landing on X, what's dead, what'll be big next week 📍Strong visual instincts and a ship-it mentality; done beats perfect 📍You think in funnels. You know the difference between content that entertains and content that converts — and you can do both
Nice-to-have: 📍You've built an audience — personal account, newsletter, community, anything 📍AI-native: you use AI tools daily and treat them as collaborators 📍You have taste — you can tell good content from content-shaped content 📍Onchain data, DeFi, or wallet experience deeper than surface level 📍You've run or contributed to a growth loop - signup campaigns, referral programs — and can talk about what worked and why
