Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Plan and execute online and offline growth campaigns such as welcome rewards, trading competitions, and community-driven activities. Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve user acquisition and engagement. 📍Manage paid promotion channels, including media partners, KOLs, and trading communities, ensuring efficient budget allocation and measurable growth impact. 📍Build and optimize user growth systems like onboarding tasks, tiered reward programs, and structured user journeys to enhance activation and retention. 📍Create educational and product-related content to help users better understand derivatives trading and increase their confidence in using platform features. 📍Work closely with product teams to optimize derivatives functionalities such as leverage settings, fee structures, and funding mechanisms, aligning improvements with growth objectives. 📍Track market trends, user needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

About you:
📍3+ years of experience in derivatives channel operations, growth operations, or user acquisition, ideally within crypto exchanges or trading platforms. 📍Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Dune, capable of translating insights into actionable growth initiatives. 📍Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics and market conditions, including funding rates, open interest, and leverage usage. 📍Connections with derivatives KOLs, media outlets, market makers, or trading communities are a strong plus. 📍Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment 📍Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
