What You’ll Do

📍Support strategic initiatives and plans for operational areas (e.g., Customer Support, Payments) and assist with project delivery tracking: proactively engage with stakeholders to monitor progress, identify blockers, and flag risks. 📍Maintain and update initiative trackers, dependency logs, and key milestones; highlight changes that may affect Operations (e.g., new product releases, commercial initiatives, or changes in the compliance environment). 📍Document end-to-end operational processes and support KPI reporting by pulling data, validating definitions, and helping improve dashboards/metrics documentation. 📍Participate in cross-functional meetings to take notes, capture actions, and support follow-ups related to operational KPIs, project status, priorities, and dependencies. 📍Draft summaries and briefing materials for review to support leadership decision-making; help maintain shared documentation and enable the team to respond to operational questions across the business.
