Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Growth Project & Event Execution 📍Manage logistics and coordination for OKX Singapore’s events, client sessions, and ecosystem activations 📍Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Marketing, Governance, Ops) to ensure smooth delivery from concept to completion 📍Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring quality control and proper documentation 📍Prepare and maintain event calendars, guest lists, and post-event reporting 📍Leadership & Stakeholder Support 📍Coordinate CEO and COO participation in OKX SG and partner-organised events, including scheduling, briefing materials, talking points, and logistics 📍Liaise with internal teams and external organisers to confirm agendas, prepare remarks, and manage day-of requirements 📍Support leadership visibility efforts by ensuring appearances and follow-ups are well-documented and aligned with broader growth objectives
What We're Looking For
📍Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 📍At least 3 years of relevant experience in business operations, event management, or executive coordination 📍Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail 📍Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholder in mandarin-speaking regions 📍Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with sharp situational judgement and the ability to anticipate needs in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
