Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement targeted growth strategies to scale Tothemoon’s user base and enhance retention 📍Data-Driven Insights: Leverage performance data to uncover customer insights and prioritize high-impact experiments to optimize the user journey—from awareness to retention and renewal 📍Cross-Channel Growth Initiatives: Work across all customer touchpoints—including paid media, web, email, in-app, and content—to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth 📍A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize pricing models, landing pages, customer onboarding, and other commercial journeys 📍Collaborative Marketing: Partner with Product Marketing to refine pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies 📍Creative & Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to deliver data-driven insights that guide the development of high-performing marketing assets for paid and organic channels 📍Campaign Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize key campaign metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, LTV, and ROAS, to continuously improve performance 📍Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation in marketing processes; refine conversion funnels and improve CRM and lead generation workflows 📍Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to expand growth efforts and scale resources effectively 📍Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence
What We Look For
📍Experience: 6+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, user acquisition, or analytics within fintech, cryptocurrency, or technology sectors 📍Proven Track Record: Success in scaling business operations and driving measurable outcomes in product and brand launches 📍User Acquisition Expertise: Strong experience in developing and executing acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships) 📍Budget Management: Exceptional ability to manage significant budgets while ensuring sustainable growth 📍Data & Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing key metrics and tools like SQL, Python, or other data analysis platforms is a plus 📍Leadership: Experience in mentoring and leading high-performing teams 📍Passion for Fintech & Blockchain: A deep understanding of and enthusiasm for fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technologies 📍Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields preferred
