Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDrive marketing growth strategies for partners launching DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging Web2 and Web3 marketing & engagement techniques (e.g. social campaigns, creator activations, digital marketing, NFT & tokens, content crossovers, etc). šLead and conceptualise Web3 incentives growth campaigns, aligning with the partners' goals. šUnderstand partners' needs and craft solutions, serving as a consultant to fuel their growth and successful increase in liquidity šWork closely with our community, partnership and product marketing teams to drive end-to-end campaigns with message cohesion. šMaintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their GTM plans, industry research, and problem-solving. šCreate best practices and growth programs to drive results on scale.
What You'll Need
šDeFi and/or Web3 professional experience is highly preferred. š5+ years in growth marketing and account management, with Web2 and Web3-related growth experiences. šIn-depth knowledge of the DeFi and Web3 ecosystem. šGood grasp of DeFi user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. šEffective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners. šStrongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done. šBe able to work across time zones with global partners. šStrong spoken and written English communication skills.
