Job Summary
What You Will Do
šWorking directly with the founders to scale the product, remix content for different platforms, and find creative ways to convert users across channels. šDesign and execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth. šMove fast from concept to launch šBuild a consistent content engine with creators (in-house or external) that attracts and converts new users weekly šOptimize conversion funnels and landing pages šTrack performance, run experiments, pull insights from analytics, and present actionable recommendations to the team
What You Will Need
š3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution (preferably at a startup or fast-moving agency) šProven track record of launching and scaling campaigns end-to-end ā from brainstorm to reporting šDeep fluency with social platforms: TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and emerging channels šExperience managing creators, freelancers, or agencies šStrong grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off analysis) and eagerness to learn more advanced analytics šSelf-starter with a startup mindset: you thrive with ambiguity, think outside the box, and don't need hand-holding šOpen to travel for team events, conferences, and live activations šExperience with TCG, collectibles, gaming culture, or hobby communities is a big plus
