📍Own and expand regional USDC liquidity and supply through strategic partnerships with centralized exchanges, OTC desks, and ecosystem partners 📍Lead cross-functional execution across Business Development, Engineering, Policy, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver scalable, regionally compliant growth initiatives 📍Design and run AI-driven experimentation frameworks to accelerate awareness, education, and adoption of USDC in local markets 📍Build automated, agent-powered growth systems that increase speed, efficiency, and repeatability of regional initiatives 📍Define and maintain dashboards, metrics, and operating cadences to track adoption, supply health, and share shift 📍Identify and prioritize high-impact regional use cases, customer segments, and distribution channels for USDC 📍Drive measurable share shift toward USDC versus competing stablecoins using market data and regional insights
