Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Developing and executing strategies to acquire, onboard, and manage partnerships with financial institutions, payment networks, and key industry players in the credit card space. 📍Identifying and establishing relationships with strategic partners to enhance card issuance, merchant acceptance, and overall product adoption. 📍Collaborating with internal teams, including Product, Risk, and Compliance, to refine offerings and improve the customer experience. 📍Managing and optimizing existing client and partner relationships to ensure continued engagement and increased transaction volume. 📍Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and drive credit card portfolio growth. 📍Leading negotiations and deal structuring with banks, fintech companies, and payment service providers to expand our credit card ecosystem. 📍Coordinating with regulatory and risk teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

About you:
📍4+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the credit card, payments, or financial services industry. 📍Strong network within the banking, fintech, and payment ecosystems, with experience in card issuance, acquiring, or merchant services. 📍Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value partnerships that drive transaction volume and revenue growth. 📍In-depth knowledge of credit card payment systems, interchange fees, chargeback management, and regulatory frameworks. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with financial institutions, payment providers, and merchants. 📍A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to business development and market expansion. 📍Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on market feedback. 📍Passion for fintech, digital payments, and financial inclusion.
