Job Summary
Descriptions:
šPlan and execute all growth or digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns šDesign, build and maintain our social media and landing pages content and presence šMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) šIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights šBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies šPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests šCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience šUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points šInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnels šCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partners šEvaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Requirements:
šProven working experience in growth or digital marketing šDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns šHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate šExperience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels šExperience with A/B and multivariate experiments šSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., šGoogle Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) šWorking knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) šExperience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns šWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints šStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking šUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
