Job Summary
What You’ll Do:
📍Financial Operations & Reporting: 📍Support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📍Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. 📍Support external audits and financial reviews, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. 📍Maintain accurate books and records, including reconciliations and supporting documentation. 📍Strengthen internal controls, documentation standards, and compliance processes. 📍Partner with business leaders to align financial insights with operational objectives. 📍Treasury & Liquidity Management: 📍Oversee cash flow monitoring and liquidity management. 📍Partner with treasury on forecasting and funding strategies. 📍Support treasury-related initiatives to enhance capital planning and efficiency.What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Qualifications:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 📍5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations, including experience in a regulated financial services environment (payments, banking, fintech, or digital assets). 📍Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance. 📍Experience supporting audits and preparing financial statements. 📍Working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
