Job Summary
What your day-to-day looks like
đź“ŤManage and optimize all fiat deposit and withdrawal channels to ensure minimal downtime. đź“ŤAutomate processes to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency while reducing manual work. đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, and product) to improve fiat channels and user experience. đź“ŤMaintain strong relationships with banks and payment providers to resolve issues đź“ŤStay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative payment solutions for Quidax users.
What you need to have
đź“Ť2+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or fiat operations. đź“ŤStrong knowledge of African payment systems, PSPs, and banking integrations. đź“ŤAbility to analyze data and improve transaction efficiency. đź“ŤA keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills. đź“ŤAbility to work methodically and meet deadlines. đź“ŤExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
