Desired Skills and Experience
šProven experience in business development, relationship management and sales: ideally in exchanges, crypto projects, technology, or related sectors, with a track record of spotting and seizing new opportunities. šPrior experience directly interfacing with DeFi protocols and related infrastructure projects. šDeep understanding of blockchain and dApps, focusing on DeFi ā including their potential and challenges. šStrong communication skills, able to break down complex ideas for and non-technical audiences. šGreat negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a great track record of successful partnerships.
